Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) otherwise you will be liable for any return costs.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Returns Policy Should for any reason there be any products that you are not entirely happy with, we will refund in full provided all the goods are returned to us in the same condition they left our premises.
All claims for damages must be notified to the company within 7 days of the reciept of the goods
 Goods returned to us in a poor condition will be exempt from our returns policy. The cost of returning the goods to us is entirely the responsibility of the client.

Damaged goods claims will be processed within 5 working days of notification, as will any shortfalls in your order. All damaged goods claims must be returned to us with in 7 days otherwise your claim will be void. In the event that you should mistakenly order the wrong products, we are happy to refund you for the cost of the goods, after we have received them back into our possession in re-saleable condition a 10% restocking fee may apply. In the event of goods not being faulty after being tested a 15% restocking fee will apply. All goods that are being returned must be re-packed to the same standard of protection as when you received them. Returned goods that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging will not be refunded. All returns must be accompanied by a covering letter, including the full name and address appearing on the invoice under "INVOICE / DELIVERY ADDRESS", daytime telephone number, invoice number and a brief description of the situation that needs to be resolved. This does not affect you statutory rights.

Liability
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing (e.g. by email) at our contact address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.

If you notify a problem to us under this condition our only obligation will be, at your option:-
a) to make good any shortage or non-delivery,
b) to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective, or
c) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.

Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under paragraph c) above.

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchased.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The website operates a flat rate shipping policy. Please choose a shipping option appropriate to your order.
We use various couriers in order to get the best combination of service and value for money for our customers.
You specify the method of carriage during the order process.

Please Note
In the event of a failed delivery on the first and second attempt, the recipient will be left a card asking them to contact the depot to rearrange delivery.
The undelivered consignment will be held at local depot for a further 3 days,but if the depot is not contacted within this time frame the consignment will sent back to us and further charges may be incurred buy the buyer for redelivery.
Any damage or short delivery should be reported to us within 48 hours.
We process your as soon as we can. We will normally send your order to you within 1 working day . We do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday or English Bank holidays. All deliveries are Mon-Fri, Orders received after 23m on Thursday's will be processed and dispatched on Fri and will be delivered the following Monday for UK 24hr orders and on Tuesday for 48hr orders.
